Job Title: Security Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Gemstar Security Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials, and resolve work problems.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties and safety procedures, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and ability to work under pressure.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in various locations, outdoors, and in a fast-paced environment.
Language: English.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
