Job Title: Corporate Sales Support SpecialistAbout the Role:

This role will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales Leadership Team by managing and executing sales-related projects and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends, preparing reports and forecasts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions that drive the sales strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for the CRO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Monitor sales performance through Salesforce and MITS reporting tools, targets, and provide insights that guide strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, with 2+ years supporting a sales team or sales manager, preferably within the electrical, industrial automation, or process instrumentation industries.
  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
