About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Royal Vancouver Air Conditioning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare and design marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Public Relations: Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events to raise awareness and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Communication: Act as a spokesperson for our organization, responding to written and oral inquiries, and providing information to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills in marketing, communications, and project management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
