Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Indotronix Avani Group. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.

About the Role

  • Develop innovative data science, non-data science, and automation solutions to drive impactful business value for the Supply Chain.
  • Build and implement data science and non-data science models to provide actionable insights for Supply Chain Management.
  • Design and optimize ETL pipelines for scalable, high-performance data processing.
  • Utilize SAP and Oracle Cloud analytics tools to support product development and decision-making.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with company policies on Company systems.

Program Management

  • Define and document project objectives, business value, processes, and requirements.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and cross-functional team coordination, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and deliver progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough program documentation, including weekly status reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced proficiency in data science, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
    • Expertise in ETL tools and methodologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle Cloud, particularly for analytics.
    • Strong capabilities with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Dataflow, Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation and low-code development.
    • Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data processing, automation, and analytics.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas sector, especially its processes and value drivers.
  • Project Management:
    • Skillled in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
