At COBS Bread, we're committed to providing an exceptional experience for our team members. As a Baker, you'll play a key role in leading our freshness commitment and ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality products.

As a member of our small team, you'll work together to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes. You'll be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens.

Requirements for this role include being an early riser who can work independently or as part of a small team, having pride in what COBS offers the community, and having a great attitude and good organizational skills. You'll also be responsible for contributing to a great customer experience and keeping the bakery clean.

Physical requirements include continuous standing/walking for all tasks, frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, and occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending. You'll also need to be able to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters and have constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping.
