We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dining Services Team Member to join our team at Lahore in Town. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000-$30,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

As a Dining Services Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, interacting with customers, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects on occasion.

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and responding to requests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere
  • Restock supplies, such as condiments and utensils, as needed
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and minimize errors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • No prior experience required, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
