Job Summary

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems, and other life safety systems as required.
  • Take direction from supervisors, coordinators, and/or support staff as defined by company policy.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as liaison between customers and Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd.
  • Understand and practice applicable ULC, CSA, and Canadian Electrical codes and standards.
Requirements
  • Two years of community college in electronics is desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years' of previous training/experience as a fire alarm technician.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • CFAA certification is a requirement.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Neat and accurate report writing.
