The company has experienced significant growth over the past five years, and we are looking for a talented Business Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in evaluating potential customers' creditworthiness and approving or rejecting credit requests.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate potential customers' creditworthiness by working closely with OEM partners;
  • Approve or reject credit requests based on thorough analysis and risk assessment;
  • Review and approve credit terms with new customers to ensure alignment with company policies;
  • Monitor customers' account payments and contact clients for collection on past due accounts;
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting department to generate monthly aging schedules for receivable balances;
  • Contribute to the periodic review and update of the company's credit policy with the finance department.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a credit analyst;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Detailed understanding of lending procedures and practices;
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French;
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
