Armstrong FoodService is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a refrigerated straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles) to transport goods across various routes.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Logistics: Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation, including driver logbooks and inspection reports.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with central dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Skills: Professionalism in customer service, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, and reliability.
