Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Bodytech2 Therapeutic Massage. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for administering massage techniques to clients, assessing their needs, and proposing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations.
  • Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
  • Work with clients to understand their goals and preferences, and tailor treatments accordingly.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Permanent work term.
  • 35 hours per week.
