We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and developing the store team, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, and promoting a safe work environment.

Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure all employees adhere to company standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop talent within the store team
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, employee relations, and conflict resolution

Requirements:

  • 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in home furnishing or a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
