Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand their banking needs and providing personalized advice and solutions
  • Building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and referrals
  • Providing exceptional client service and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mutual Funds accreditation or a willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
