Collision Repair Specialist

About Simplicity Car Care Woodstock
We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Simplicity Car Care Woodstock. As a Collision Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicles by removing dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces
- Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components as needed
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking
- Mix and apply paint to achieve a seamless finish
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Collision Repair Specialist is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair techniques are essential
- You must be proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Able to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
