Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
The ideal candidate will have secondary education, experience as a dispatcher, and the ability to lead and train a team of 3-4 people. The role is permanent, requiring 35-40 hours of work per week, with a focus on flexibility, organization, and teamwork.
