Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner (Floor Care Specialist) to join our team at Alpha Building Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of infection control.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment for occupants.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for occupants.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Overtime required as needed to ensure a high level of service and quality.
