Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Companion Support Specialist to join our team at Luo Resident. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

About the Job
  • This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • You will work closely with clients, providing companionship, personal care, and assisting with daily tasks.
  • Our ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates are required, which can be obtained through us.
  • You must be comfortable working in a non-smoking environment and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
