Trican is seeking a highly skilled Coiled Tubing Supervisor to join our team. As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of coiled tubing equipment, as well as providing leadership and guidance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all coiled tubing operations are conducted in accordance with Trican's safety standards and procedures.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and leadership to team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer requirements are met, including providing excellent customer service and communication.
- Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, and ensure that all team members are aware of and follow safety procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all coiled tubing equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately complete all required reports and documentation, including safety incident reports and equipment maintenance records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations required.
- Skills: Valid Class 1 Driver's license required; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.
