Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our team at 2K. As a key member of our gameplay team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing interactive systems that bring our games to life.

Your expertise in C++ and optimization will be crucial in ensuring our games meet the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with designers and animators to create immersive environments and characters.

With a strong background in gameplay, AI, and design, you'll be able to contribute to the development of our games from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement gameplay systems, including AI, UI, and 3Cs.
  2. Collaborate with designers and animators to create engaging environments and characters.
  3. Optimize code for performance and efficiency.
  4. Document your work and contribute to the growth of our team.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in C++ and optimization.
  2. Strong background in gameplay, AI, and design.
  3. Experience working in a team that has shipped a video game.
  4. Proficiency in communicating with all disciplines.
