**Job Summary**

At Marcus Holman, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing assistance with daily living activities, administering medications, and promoting overall well-being for our clients in their homes.

**Responsibilities**

  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as directed by clients' healthcare providers.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage in activities and conversations with clients to promote social interaction and reduce feelings of loneliness.

**Requirements**

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**

  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment)
