About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Dancyn Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs of our customers, including special meals for patients with food allergies or intolerances.

Cooking and Food Preparation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Kitchen Management

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Inventory and Supply Management

Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Team Leadership

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and recruit and hire new staff members as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment, with a focus on food preparation and cooking.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

30 to 35 hours per week.
