Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to meet our high standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient operations
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend additional services as needed to maintain our facilities
  • Establish work schedules to meet our operational needs
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees
  • Recruit and support displaced individuals from conflict or natural disaster zones
  • Facilitate access to community resources, language training, and skills training
  • Offer mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees
  • Facilitate access to Elders for support and guidance
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Apply hiring policies to discourage discrimination against visible minorities
  • Offer mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week
