Position: Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) - X-Ray/BMD/Mammography/CT

Status: Part-Time

We are seeking a medical radiation technologist to join our team in general radiology with opportunities to work in other modalities including mammography and CT. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will have the chance to work in a welcoming environment for new graduates and experienced technologists. We offer training opportunities and participation in quality improvement projects.

Brockville is a city located off Highway 401 along the shore of the St. Lawrence River. Brockville General Hospital has 172 beds and recently opened a new patient care tower, Mammography Suite and MRI Suite. Our services include general radiology, fluoroscopy, bone mineral density, mammography, computerized tomography (CT) and MRI. We operate 24/7 with overnight shifts and/or on-call.

In addition to supporting your growth in radiology, we provide training in other modalities. This includes:

  • Mammography: Paid 6 weeks on-the-job training in our new Mammography Suite with state-of-the-art mammography equipment.
  • CT – Paid 8 weeks on-the-job training and full course fee reimbursement for CAMRT's CT sectional anatomy courses.
