The Job

We're seeking a Sports Entertainment Developer to join our team. As a key member of our production and design team, you'll work on creating narrative content for our players. You'll have the opportunity to turn your passion into amazing experiences for hockey fans around the world.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create engaging live service content, including vanity store sets, rewards systems, and events.
  • Coordinate data entry verification and provide feedback on live service plans.
  • Connect with data and analytics related to World of Chel's live service plan and its performance against targets.
  • Identify potential live service opportunities surrounding all aspects of World of Chel's live service plan.
  • Support live launch preparations.
  • Aid in writing content related to live service content.
  • Collaborate with NHL producers to understand targets and priority changes.
  • Communicate progress and quality with the NHL team.
  • Manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables across teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in game design and/or production, with relevant experience working on a live service with tight deadlines.
  • Passion for and deep understanding of hockey.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the EA SPORTS NHL franchise.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously on individual projects.
  • Good eye for game quality and strong advocate for the end-user experience.
