Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and identify areas for improvement to maintain our high standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that their needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
- Work Setting: Coffee shop
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
