Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Advance Float Service. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Experience as a Truck Driver is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires physical demands, including sitting, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
