We are currently seeking a highly motivated Culinary Ambassador to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. As a Culinary Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests while working in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to order, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  
• Work collaboratively with our team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  
• Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

• One year of experience in a similar role or equivalent culinary training.
  
• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or equivalent education.
  
• Foodsafe certification an asset.
  
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
