Job Summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Class AZ Tanker Driver to join their safety-conscious team in Brampton, ON. As a Class AZ Driver, you will be responsible for running a route from Brampton, ON to various CAN locations, including cross-border disposal sites, covering approximately 1700-2200 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tractor-trailer tanker units to transport hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of waste, securing loads from Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbor branches and customers, and transporting to refinery centers
  • Adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of units
  • Placard vehicle in accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
  • Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports
Requirements
  • Class AZ CDL required
  • Travel away from home up to 5-6 days a week
  • 12+ months Class AZ experience required
  • 3+ months Tanker experience required
  • Ability to work from heights required
  • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs+
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission (10, 13, 18 speed) required
  • Valid Fast Card required
  • Must be willing to perform trips cross-border to the US
