Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Courier to join our team at LifeLabs. As a Courier, you will be responsible for safely transporting medical specimens to various healthcare facilities, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation: Safely transport medical specimens in a timely manner, adhering to established protocols and procedures.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients, ensuring a positive experience at every touch point.

  • Logistics: Utilize LifeLabs technology to access and complete online readings and training, read emails, and complete timecards.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless specimen transportation and delivery.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing physical demands such as lifting or maneuvering up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Driver's License: Full valid driver's license and clean driver's record.

  • Experience: 3 years of driving experience with a full valid license.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Availability: Ability to work a specified route schedule and flexible work hours.
