We are seeking a talented Process and Technology Expert to join our team in Oakville, Canada. As a key member of our Regional Process Office, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility with our consultants and process owners.
  • Develop expertise in Low-Code applications such as Mendix and Robotic Software Automation Projects (RPA/RDA).
  • Participate in process optimization and design workshops as part of an agile project team.
  • Support our internal improvement, idea, and innovation programs.
  • Collaborate with our consultants to create engaging project documentation using PowerPoint and video tools.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Master's degree or bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and video editing tools to prepare project documentation.
  • Interest in new technology implementations and continuous learning.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of algorithms and coding.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with international project members.
