Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and greet clients and visitors.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment.
