We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk / Purchaser to join our team at Fusion Security, a fast-growing and quality-driven organization in the Greater Vancouver area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and stockroom organization.
  • Receive and process shipments, including tracking and resolving discrepancies.
  • Enter product information into inventory software and maintain accurate records.
  • Transfer inventory items to storage rooms and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement efficient cycle count strategies.
  • Communicate with project managers and service coordinators regarding product receipts and backordered items.
  • Order miscellaneous installation and service parts as needed.
  • Process and track returns and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Hands-on and physically able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and experience with CRM programs a strong asset.
