We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a farm laborer in crop management. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of crop management tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Apply fertilizers and sprays to crops as required, following established protocols.
  • Conduct daily inspections of crops to identify any issues or pests, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
