Teaching Positions for After Hours Academic Support Program

We are seeking qualified teachers to join our team as part of the After Hours Academic Support Program. The program provides additional support to students in math and English, and we are looking for dedicated and passionate educators to help make a positive impact.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students in math and English, either individually or in small groups. This will involve creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans to support student learning in math and English
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Work with students individually or in small groups to provide additional support
  • Communicate with parents and teachers to ensure student success

Requirements:

  • Ontario Teacher's Certification Required
  • Special Education Qualifications an asset
  • Preference will be given to current contract teachers
