We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring computerized building control systems, maintaining facility/plant systems and equipment, and performing major repairs/installations on complex building systems and equipment.
About the Role- This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours.
- The ideal candidate must be available to work all shifts, short shifts, and short notice calls, including statutory or designated holidays.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor computerized building control systems.
- Maintain facility/plant systems and equipment.
- Perform major repairs/installations on complex building systems and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act.
- 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the Pool Operator certificate, where required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act.
