Heavy Equipment Recovery Operator

At Roadway Towing Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team of professionals in the field of heavy equipment recovery. This is a full-time position that requires a professional attitude and high customer service standards.

Job DescriptionThis role involves driving a tow truck to the scene of vehicle breakdowns or accidents, interacting with customers to assess the situation, and performing roadside diagnostics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, unlocking locked vehicles, loading and securing damaged vehicles for transportation, and towing them to authorized service stations or destinations.
The Tow Truck Operator will work closely with police and fire departments, requiring excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude. This is a physically demanding role that requires a valid driver's license, clean driver abstract, and authorization to work in Canada. Class 1, 3, and 5 licenses with air and heavy endorsements are an asset.
