Crew Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Schedules Supervisor to join our team at Secure Moving Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient crew scheduling and logistics.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including arranging for maintenance and repair work.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluency in English.
- 40 hours per week.
