About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Drafting Specialist to join our team at Amanat Architect. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of engineering designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supervise a team of drafting personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement design sketches, taking into account client requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of contracts and tenders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Write technical reports and specifications, effectively communicating complex information to various audiences.
  • Estimate costs and materials, utilizing industry knowledge and software tools such as AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT.
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements, fostering collaborative relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; degree in architecture or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in architectural drafting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT, with proficiency in software applications and technologies.
