Hairstylist Job Description

Raj Uptown Salon & Spa Ltd. is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on beauty care treatments and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.
  • Shampoo customers' hair and provide scalp conditioning massages.
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair.
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair.
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Hairstylist Licence.
  • Experience in hair styling techniques such as blow drying, hair braiding, iron waving/curling, permanents, extensions, twisting, locking, relaxing, and pin curls.
  • Knowledge of hair colouring techniques including bleach, dyes/tints, and streaking/highlights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to work as a team player.
