About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Purchaser at our Head Office in South Surrey, reporting directly to the Vice President of Purchasing and Inventory. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring accurate and suitable inventory levels across the company and branch network, thereby meeting and exceeding customer expectations and maximizing product sales.

Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch and distribution center replenishment efficiently, analyzing purchase orders for regular buys, and initiating PO requests to vendors. They will also address special order requests by liaising with sales reps and suppliers.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution purchasing role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of the distribution industry, and proficiency in MS Office Suite Products are essential. Intermediate computer skills, a highly organized and analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
