Engineering Group Manager, Signalling/Interlocking

At Alstom, we're committed to creating a more sustainable and connected world. As an Engineering Group Manager, Signalling/Interlocking, you'll play a key role in leading our team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers to ensure quality targets and reproducible performances.
- Develop and implement department guidelines, including team profile, abilities, growth plans, and discipline evolutions.
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and establish deadlines.
- Provide support to the team during project execution.
- Promote Alstom values and ensure a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree desirable.
- English language proficiency.
- P. Eng certification preferred.
- Engineering and processes background.
- Experience in project execution and management.
- Hands-on experience in Interlocking/Signalling Engineering.
- Comprehensive understanding of governance models and balanced scorecards in a technical environment.
