The Order Picker/Packer is a vital member of the AppleOne warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and putting away stock, as well as maintaining inventory levels and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Picking and packing orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Completing inventory maintenance tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
  • Verifying inbound and outbound shipments with attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety practices and wearing required PPE
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve warehouse KPIs and standards

**Requirements:**

  • Reside within 20km of the company location
  • 3 years of experience in distribution or a similar manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated safety experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of warehousing procedures and attention to numerical accuracy
  • Strong written and spoken English skills for clear communication
  • Able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
