About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
