Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and tidy.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales floor staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store budgets, and ensure that store is clean and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
