Nurse - Critical Care and Emergency Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in critical care and emergency nursing to join our team at Mills Memorial Hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in the critical care and acute care units, adhering to current standards of nursing practice and clinical specialty guidelines.
- Independently work in ICU and Emergency, with a focus on delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Minimum two (2) years medical/surgical experience and/or Post Diploma Certificate in Critical Care and/or Emergency Nursing and/or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- CPR (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification or willingness to complete within 1 year.
