We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Intact. As a key member of our cloud team, you will be responsible for managing our GCP hosting area and assisting tenants with cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our GCP hosting area, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Cloud Solutions Support: Assist tenants with cloud solutions, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  • Automation and Orchestration: Develop, implement, and document automation for platform management, ensuring efficient and scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Change Management: Handle change requests, service requests, issue resolution, and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our cloud services.
  • Technical Implementation: Participate in the technical implementation of large GCP projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Operational Continuity: Ensure operational continuity by following team standards and best practices, ensuring seamless cloud services.
Requirements
  • Cloud Experience: Minimum three years of experience with GCP or cloud solutions, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Certifications: GCP certifications required, demonstrating expertise in cloud architecture and engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of GCP IaaS and PaaS components, experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, and agile software development and CI/CD experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Authorization: Authorization to work in Canada, with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
