Brandt is seeking a skilled Product Support Representative to join our Regina Customer Support Centre team. This role involves placing customer orders across our extensive network of locations, from coast to coast. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
- Assist customers in navigating multiple parts lookup programs
- Support other Brandt field staff members
- Collaborate with vendors to offer customers various options
- Participate in continuous training to maintain exceptional service levels
- Contribute to a harmonious working environment by assisting other departments
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
