Job Title: Household Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Manager to join our team at Paul D Dills Domestic Employer. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Organization: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, honesty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, and a criminal record check.
