Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the sponsorship and partnership program, in coordination with internal partners. This includes verifying messaging and imagery on channel assets for consistency, brand tone, and relevancy of market. The Marketing Specialist will also work as part of a team to plan and coordinate campaigns for influencer programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review sponsorship and partnership requests and evaluate against organizational pillars
  • Coordinate execution of sponsorships and partnerships
  • Day-to-day relationship management with Pro Team members
  • Coordinate with Pro Team to create assets for digital platforms and review for brand alignment
  • Review campaign assets for accuracy, consistency, and relevancy
  • Work with a team to source and coordinate influencers for campaigns

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a related marketing field
  • Experience and knowledge in sponsorships an asset
  • Adapts to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time well
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and influencers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
