About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Service (Stock/Cashier) representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical assistance in moving merchandise between sales and stock areas
  • Handle general inquiries and provide product information to customers
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • High degree of social skills, including courtesy, sincerity, and articulation
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and maintain a high level of tolerance while interacting with the public
  • Mature, positive, and helpful attitude
