Concierge Ambassador

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Concierge at Hazelview Properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and visitors, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience from the moment they step through our doors.

The Concierge will act as a brand ambassador, providing quick, efficient, and courteous service to all Hazelview residents and visitors. This role requires a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality, as well as a passion for thinking outside the box to provide an exceptional resident experience.

• Provide personalized and extraordinary service to residents and visitors
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Hazelview Properties' values and services
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional resident satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and visitors to ensure a positive experience
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices
